I am in my 18th year as a recruiter. I specialize primarily in retail management, transportation and logistics management, manufacuring management roles. This includes all areas of supply chain management such as purchasing, warehouse, and distribution positions. I work very heavily in third party logistics and trucking. I work with very large national companies as well as more regional and smaller companies placing anything from entry-level to executive management. Manufacturing Management positions I work range from supervisory to corporate level. With regard to retail management, this includes both store level and corporate level positions. My companies count on me to be a "true" recruiter and go out and recruit the candidate they tell me they need and not just run an ad. They appreciate my honesty in letting them know when they are not competetive in the market on certain positions. A smaller portion of my business is in Human Resource Management, Customer Service Management, and Auto/Truck Dealership Management.
