Our client is a leading advertiser for the home remodeling industry. Their established methodologies have proven sales results for their sales team around the US.
The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to sell advertising to new clients and to renew existing clients.  The primary focus is to actively and appropriately attempt to generate new sales every day, to meet sales goals and complete other duties as assigned. COMPENSATION: $80k OTE for first year with $42k-$48k guaranteed income annually
Job Responsibilities
§  Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
§  Conduct meetings with prospective clients and other advertising agency staff.
§  Discuss advertising requirements and our products and services with each client.
§  Maintain regular contact between the client and the Company and ensure communication flows effectively.
§  Oversee the status of each advertisement and negotiate with the client and the Designer about the details of the Advertisement.
§  Secure new business by actively and quickly recruiting new customers.
§  Collect payment for all advertising sold.
§  Gain and maintain familiarity with changes in the client’s products, business culture or campaigns while monitoring progress and recording results of prior advertisements.
§  Maintain current client base in an advisory capacity.
§  Maintain the company’s proprietary contact management software daily.
§  Attend and participate in industry trade shows and other marketing events.
§  Generate a stream of new prospects to fill your sales funnel with new business.
Past experience selling uniforms, security systems, office equipment or furniture is excellent experience. If you have worked at Penny Saver, ValPak, or Clipper your experience there may be leveraged with our client for high earnings.
