This position is with a company that owns and operates many Long Term Care facilities throughout the Midwest. This position will be in Cincinnati, Ohio. The position of Account Payable Manager will oversee the entire Accounts Payable/Vendor Relations process and assist facility management in the day to day oversight of the Accounts Payable function. The Accounts Payable Manager must also manage the resources within their control and assist the team in managing resources. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate,supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounts payable Team Leads and A/P Specialist
  • Maintain the vendor master file and ensures all W-9's are received and all TINS and compliance verification's are completed for all new vendors
  • Oversee invoice submission
  • Directs vendor invoice selection and payment process
  • Manages company credit card program
  • Coordinate electronic invoice feeds from DSSI
  • Maintain reconciliations pertaining to large vendor accounts
  • Work closely with the Assistant Treasurer
  • Oversee electronic imaging and storage of all paid invoices
  • Must be very knowledgeable of standard accounts payable practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to Long Term Care
  • Solid, seasoned A/P Management experience in LONG TERM CARE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Sage 100 experience
