We have partnered exclusively with a Software company in North Fort Worth who is adding an Accounts Receivable Manager to their International Finance team. This incredible opportunity will offer you the ability to work directly with the CFO on a daily basis. You will also partner with the Division Accounting Managers, Billing department and Sales team. 

The ideal candidate will maintain a positive 'can do' attitude. Offer a level of professionalism needed to be successful while leading and mentoring a successful team.


Responsibilities Include
  • Revise collection procedures to ensure timely follow up on all outstanding amounts.
  • Review customer accounts to ensure payments and credits are properly applied, any payments not applied are worked and small balances are cleaned up.
  • Approve customer payment plans and monitor the adherence to those plans
  • Improve customer experience through the ease of payment maintaining PCI compliance
  • Conduct bad debt review at a minimum of twice a year (June and December)
  • Partner with Division Accounting Managers to determine account write-offs
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Master's Degree or CPA a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in collecting, accounts receivable or related accounting field
  • 2+ years leading a team of Collection/AR Specialists
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and financial reporting packages, such as Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Multi-currency experience a plus
