Arrise is currently seeking Call Center/Customer Service Representatives who can be trained and take calls in 911/Emergency, Collections, Billing and Start/Stop/Move orders. Calls may also include outbound, dialer calls. Successful candidates will have previous customer service experience, experience with MS Office, comfortable with web applications, financial calculations and are able to work at Care Center locations in Baltimore, MD.
Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer inquiries
Communicate information to a varied audience
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Requires 2+ years of experience in Customer Service (Especially with 6+month in a Call Center environment)
Must have a High School Diploma (or higher) (New College Grads encouraged to apply)
Experience with MS Office, comfortable with web applications, financial calculations and are able to work at either location.
Must be an active listener who can show empathy and patience
Must be able to pass pre-employment assessments and background check
