This Billing Support Rep II opportunity will work to provide billing support to end-users while also working with other departments including Sales and Legal.

The Team’s Focus
 
 The Billing Support team provides service and support around customer invoicing/billing and contracts to our 30,000+ customers and 100 sales/account managers.  The Billing Support team is made up of proactive, independent problem-solvers who excel at communicating with customers answering billing questions, taking payment information, posting credits and checks to customer accounts, and assisting with contract setup.  
 
How You’ll Contribute: 
 
  • Provide billing and payment support to customers and our dynamic sales team via phone and email
  • Think creatively to resolve customer billing issues, post credits, take payments, assist Finance Manager with special projects
  • Work as part of a team offering individual and team solutions to customer accounts
  • Set-up of customer Pricing Contracts
  • Check and wire posting to customer accounts
What You’ll Bring:
 
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Previous experience in an accounting and/or customer service role
  • Team Player
  • Positive energy and attitude, and calm demeanor
  • Ability to resolve issues and think independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn custom software
