We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for a publicly traded company, a global manufacturer and a leader within their industry. The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in the history of their company as they move forward in developing the electronic B2B channel of their customer service and sales departments.
Manage and lead team of Customer Service/Sales Employees (20+)
Make it as easy as possible to place electronic orders
Focus on customers and develop plan to expand these electronic relationships (Distribution, OEM's and Web based channels)
Oversee/coordinate the transition from a customer support department to a customer sales department
Handle daily supervision and coaching.
Handle and assist in transition from a manual environment to an electronic environment
Hands-on involvement in all aspects of customer service.
Develop managerial / leadership skills of team leads / representatives.
Monitor, track and enforce departmental policies, procedures and goals.
Review reports and take appropriate action.
Experience in a B2B environment
Prior management experience in leading a successful Customer Service Team.
5 - 7 year’s experience required
