About the team:
Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners is looking for a passionate, highly professional Human Resources Manager (“HR Manager”) to join our small but growing team based in our corporate headquarter in Plymouth Meeting PA. The HR Manager will be accountable for managing HR fundamentals and practices, handling employee relations, and developing productive, trusting working relationships with designated business leaders. As part of a growing team and company, the HR manager will also be involved in creating and implementing new systems, methodologies and best practices for Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners.
 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all core human resource functions including but not limited to employee handbook maintenance, continuing education program oversight, and benefit management
  • Manage employee onboarding process
  • Be the point person to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Involvement in the strategic planning as we scale and build the company
  • Work with Director of Finance on employee relations, counseling and conflict resolution
  • Lead and participate in performance management decision-making, including performance improvement plans and terminations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Degree in human resource management, preferred
  • Worked in fast paced high growth environments
  • Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory activities including the Department of Labor, worker’s compensation, unemployment etc.
  • Track record with creating solid relationships with internal business partner
  • Interest in examining data and HR metrics to improve the organization
  • Understand the core principles about comp strategy and planning
  • Experience with performance management systems
  • Compensation planning and career growth mapping

  • Experience developing and delivering training sessions for employees
