About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Inside Sales Support Manager who will facilitate the sales process and oversee  sales-related tracking and reporting. This individual will be responsible for pipeline management, identification of opportunities, account planning/management, and targeting of new accounts and data/document control to ensure account growth. This role will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Target Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and complex projects effectively
  • Deep understanding of professional services business and broad range of industries and business drivers; service providers (accounting/finance/law/consulting) preferred
  • Ability to maintain firm understanding of current trends, challenges and opportunities within supported industries
  • Ability to think strategically about business challenges, build and convey compelling customer value propositions
  • Proven ability to understand client concerns and meet demanding deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment and exude professionalism
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills

Professional Requirements


Education and Knowledge

  • 4-year degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration and/or combination of required education and experience
  • Advanced understanding and proficiency using the following software:
  • MS Office Suite
  • CRM (Salesforce preferred)
