My client gives life to designers’ visions. They are a unique textile company with many high end hospitality and residential clients. Jeu have been in business for over 15 years and are stable and growing. They work with some of the most exquisite hotels around the globe.
Due to expansion and growth they are in need of a customer service associate.
Please be presentable, friendly and a fast learner.
You will assist customers when they call to check on stock of particular products and update them on the status of their orders etc.
The lucky candidate will be responsible for:
Answering phones and assisting with inquiries including stock checks and order status updates.
Greeting interior designers as they visit the showroom.
Working on business development, doing research to identify and contact new clients.
Learning the product line of high end fabrics and trimmings.
Following up with clients on open orders in a timely manner.
With this position there is great potential for growth and an opportunity to move up within a short period of time.
Minimum of an AA degree.
Candidate must be professional and friendly, willing to engage with designers to provide a pleasant customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the interior design industry and eager to learn about fabrics and trims.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and creative in coming up with ideas to help build a great customer service experience for our clients.
Must have excellent computer, communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Must have the ability to work effectively with a small team and assist with small tasks when asked.
