A well established California staffing company is seeking an outside Sales Executive to work their Riverside/Ontario territory.  The company has over 30 years experience in temporary staffing and has ten offices serving both Northern and Southern California.  As the Sales Executive you will be accountable to the Branch Manager for the overall sales and management of your territory.  This includes profitability of each customer through effective sales and professional customer service.  This company has very low turnover and the position is open because the previous sales person was promoted to a position in the corporate office.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be organized, very detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking and cold-calling
  • Provide professional in-person presentations of company services to potential customers
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and the customers for up-to-date condition on pricing and service
  • Ensure continued compliance with the Company's Customer Service requirements
  • Performing updating and maintenance of customer accounts in the company CRM
  • Providing product quotes to customers as needed.
  • Able to effectively communicate with current and prospective clients
  • Able to quickly adapt to internal/external changes to meet corporate and client responsibilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education and/or Experience Required
  • Minimum of a 4-year college degree or 5 years of full-time work experience
  • 1-2 years successful business experience in temporary help or related industry
  • 2-3 years outside B2B sales experience
  • No more than three jobs in the past ten years.
  • Valid California driver's license is required at all times during employment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 Compensation
  • Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
  • Commission of $7k – 10k (first year average)
  • Uncapped residual earnings on your customers
