Territory Sales Specialist
Our client is one of the most renowned specialists in the development and production of precision tools. At international production, sales and service locations, they develop a wide range of precision tools – all the way down to the customer-tailored design of complex solutions. Their portfolio does not only cover tools, but goes above and beyond to include things like cutting materials and a wide array of services. They are searching for a Territory Sales Specialist for their NC/SC/VA region.
To achieve maximum sales, growth and account penetration within the geographic region of Virginia, North Carolina & South Carolina. Develop new and manage existing accounts within these territories. Specific duties include sales calls, identifying opportunities, conducting trials, generating technical proposals, and developing relationships with clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by visiting new customers and follow up with existing customers to maintain existing business or generate new business.
Identify prospective customers, lead generation from new & existing customers using social media and attending trade shows & conferences.
Plan & Execute regular customer visits with new as well as existing customers to identify potential for company products through discussing their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Promote company products through preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain the products or services to customers.
Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Maintain customer database.
Make commercial offers to the customers as per guideline provided by the company and negotiate the same for closure.
Create Sales & Service contracts for products and services.
Ensure on-time payment collection and c-forms collection from the customer.
Reporting customer complaints & organize necessary support for the quick resolution.
Responsible for understanding, creating & satisfying long term customer relationships.
Assist customers in selection of correct product, based on their needs & specifications.
Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner with the appropriate solution.
Manage weekly reporting with sales manager utlilizing funnel reports.
Document and report all test tool activity.
Assist with future territory sales forecasting.
