The Practice Manager/Administrative Assistant is responsible for directing and handling the day-to-day operational activities and the workflow of the organization freeing other team members to operate in their best and highest use.
Among other things this person will have the opportunity to design, manage and improve business processes and workflow,
manage back-office operations, suggest office structure and training development improvement, and take us to a “paperless” office and create server hierarchies for information storage.
This is an opportunity to make a big impact with a great group organization. We are looking for someone that
has three plus years’ experience working in a client service environment in the financial planning industry and a series 7 & Life, Accident, Health preferred.
