Our client is well funded and backed by several well-known (and respected) venture capital partners in the industry, and continues to receive accolades from business and industry experts. With a large pipeline of customers and recent year over year growth at over 75%!!! This company and role offers the stability and predictable growth of a large company combined with the opportunity for financial and professional growth of a start-up. The US HQ is still under 80 full time employees; however we’re expected to help double this number in no time. This cloud based solution is allowing technology and development teams to achieve greater productivity, collaboration and product/application delivery. We are looking for a creative and passionate product marketing leader who wants to help build out the product marketing function. As one of the first product marketing managers, candidates will report directly to the VP of Marketing and act as the subject/product expert in several areas.
Design and create content to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Ensure sales, marketing and all other business teams are trained on effective brand positioning
Collaborate with peer marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
Interact with potential clients to articulate the benefits of the application platform and serve as a thought leader and expert on technology and application development
Suggested Experience & Personal Characteristics:
Aptitude to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and Application platforms
3+ years of customer-facing experience as a Solution or Pre Sales Architect
Ability to create memorable and stand out content
Strong communications skills including customer presentations, executive briefings, and similar public facing engagements
Interest and aptitude to do “whatever it takes” to get the job done, including out of job scope projects and responsibilities
Ability to change direction/priorities with little notice
Accountability and professionalism to deliver results
