Job Title: HOME IMPROVEMENT Territory Manager   
 SUMMARY: Responsible for performing field sales work to manage customer relationships and sell company product brands, programs, and promotions. Identify and develop new business accounts and grow sales with existing customers, including full-service dealers, manufacturers and contractors within the territory.

Within the territory and for assigned accounts: 
PLANNING 
  For ‘A’ priority and high growth potential Home Improvement resellers, develop annual promotion and merchandising plans 
  Prepare and utilize Call Plans to proactively identify strategy and goals for each call, advance the sales process, manage time, and inform manager of activities. 
  Collaborate with US Sales Manager to strategically prioritize activities and effectively manage time for maximum results. 
 
IPG 
 Train HOME IMPROVEMENT resellers, manufactures, and contractors teaching how to effectively apply, position, and sell them 

MMM 
  Achieve sales goals while aligning with the company’s marketing and sales strategies. 
  Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities to build and maintain sales funnel of prospects, continually adding new leads while advancing existing prospect through the process to achieve sales. 
  Collaborate with US Sales Manager to strategically prioritize activities and effectively manage time for maximum results. 
  Identify customer needs and opportunities, communicate benefits, overcome objections, and secure customer commitments for company product brands. 
  Gain customer commitments for sales and marketing strategies. 
  Prepare and utilize Call Plans to proactively advance the sales process, manage time, and inform manager of activities. 
  Enter key customer data attachments and copy key customer emails to CRM, and maintain accuracy of customer contact and corporate information in CRM 
  Service accounts as required to maintain customer relationships and grow sales. 
  Complete required activity and expense reports per company policies and deadlines. 
  Actively work booth at assigned shows to sell programs and product brands and to develop leads. 
  Attend key customer and contractor events, as appropriate. 
  Inform the company of any marketing opportunities with key accounts identified. 
 
DPW 
  Utilize technology to work efficiently and maximize selling time in the field with customers. 
  Inform the company relative to market trends, competitive products, and pricing. 
  Conduct product knowledge trainings and demonstrations. 
  Other duties, as assigned.
