Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a BA/BS, 2+ years experience with high-level Managed Care contracting. 7+ years sales experience in Healthcare/ Pharma industry preferred. Knowledge of pricing strategies. Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills required along with strong analytical skills.
The National Account Manager is responsible for sales and contracting with third party payers to optimize plan access and develop strategies for health initiatives by establishing strong relationships. Essential duties include: develop and implement strategic plans with managed care organizations; maintain and increase the number of profitable contracts; incorporate understanding of benefit design and reimbursement; and complete analysis to determine ROI.
