Job Description
HEALTHCARE IT is getting ready to boom and The Smith Consulting Group, LLC is launching a healthcare IT division which will focus on permanent and contract IT in the healthcare arena. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior recruiter and/or a Full Desk Recruiter to help grow our organization. This division will be called smithgroupIT and will focus primarily on the Midwest and East Coast market initially. We pride ourselves on being a true business partner to our clients and are looking for individuals with proven consultive sales experience and a strong track record for achievement.
Interested candidates will have a solid, proven track record either as an IT recruiter, nurse or physician recruiter or full desk technical recruiter. These positions will start out as COMMISSION ONLY, virtual/tele-working positions, but the chosen candidates will be provided with the proper tools, extensive support as well as initial and ongoing training needed to accomplish the highest quality recruiting results. Recent, positive employment references will be checked.
smithgroupIT will offer a VERY generous commission structure and will consider full-time, permanent conversion once a period of successful results is evident.
