DescriptionInside Sales Manager - HVAC
Qualifications:
*10 Years Experience in the sales and application of air handling equipment or similar HVAC products,
*Degree in Mechanical Engineering or substantial industry experience,
*Familiar with heat transfer, air flow, and computer selection programs,
*Effective verbal and written communication skills
*Must be a strong team player that interfaces well with all areas of the business.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
Summary of Responsibilities:
*Responsible for managing up to 6 application/sales engineers,
*Assist in developing new business opportunities and executing strategic plan to meet revenue goals,
*Responsible for the creation of all submittal documents, including releases to manufacturing, and to assist in the development of software tools necessary to increase our accuracy, reduce turn around time, and reduce our processing costs,
*Strong technical resource to the entire sales organization,
*Expected to contribute to our design optimization program, software development and cost reduction programs. This individual would not be responsible for these activities but would be a major contributor to the team who is responsible,
*Possess strong business aptitude to make sound business decisions,
*Will work with sales rep engineers to ensure all job specifications are met.
